We at Lakeside have a fully qualified engineering team who understand and are passionate about our customers and their systems, we have knowledge and experience of these systems and keep a wide variety of spares in storage facility for your assistance.

We offer a wide range of services including:

• Plumbing Systems repairs / maintenance and installation
• Water softener service, sterilisation, replacement spares, resin, reconditioning, and water quality checks
• Drinking water filters, sterilisation, replacement cartridges and water quality checks.
• Reverse osmosis systems, sterilisation, replacement cartridges and membranes and water quality checks.
• Ultra violet systems and bulbs.
• Fridge and cooler filters, sterilisation, replacement cartridges and water quality checks.
• Aquatic Filters, Carbons / Resins & Cartridges.

Meet the Team

Claudette Cherlin – Service Co-ordinator
Claudette joined us in 2009 to help with customer support and is a key member of the team.

Geoff Baron – Senior Engineer
Geoff has been a Lakeside Installer since 1999, he is a Wras approved plumber and is fully trained in all aspects of water equipment service and hygiene. Geoff heads up the Domestic Service Team.

Mick Lloyd – Engineer
Mick has been with Lakeside as a service engineer since 2007, he is fully trained in all aspects of water equipment service and maintenance and carries out the reactive service calls.

Phil Ramsey – Domestic Business Development
Phil joined the team in 2012 to aid and assist with the development of new products and services and to assist the sales team in visiting customers to aid with design and installation and offer help and advice. Phil comes to us with a great wealth of knowledge and he has 30 years experience in the
water industry.

John Knighton – Production
John has been with Lakeside since 2001 and John’s role within the company is to ensure the smooth delivery of all products going to customers, to ensure that they arrive on time and in good order and to the customers satisfaction. John also assists with Salt Delivery Nationally.
